- This is a detailed review of liebherr refrigerator model i.e 472 lts which was launched in Oct 2020.
I bought this in Jan 2021.
I have tried capturing the Unboxing and it's inside out in terms of space inside it.
Excellent product you bought.

It's not been more than 7 months that i've been using my 472Ltr Liebherr TDCS4740 but recently, I've experienced high mechanical sound coming from the compressor compartment and some random clicking noise. So, I called upon their service number and the technician came the same day and told me that he will bring a new part and replace it within 2-3 days. Now, I'm waiting for him to get a replacement. My 20-year-Old 240 Ltr LG Referegerator still lasts and I've not even faced any minor issues.
Ohh that's sad... Mine is still working fine.. Hope you had a stabilizer attached with your refrigerator?
@@LivingLifeVlogs Humare yahan voltage ki koi problem nahi hai and company also claims that no stabalizer is required, so i've not purchased one. Cooling wise toh koi issue nahi hai, bas thodi compressor se awaaz aati hai kabhi-kabhi, maybe due to some loose coupling or part. Aur random clicking sound hai, maybe from a relay, like it sounds.
@@mohpubby Hamare yaha bhi voltage ka issue nahi hai..but winters mein voltage high ho jata hai..over 250 kabhi kabhi..aur ek chota fluctuation can cause issue later. I'm not saying iss wajah se hua hoga..but it's better to have one.
Mera Whirlpool wala stabilizer laga diya isko.
Anyways my refrigerator is running full time on inverter..via solar modules.. :)

How is the service support for this fridge.. Please help
To be frank, it's been almost 1.5 yrs and I haven't had the need to call them up for any issues. But the installation was prompt, though the enginner was half educated, but installation of refrigerator isn't a rocket science so had installed before he actually dropped in.

No issues till date bro.. I also did a hell lot of research before buying this German technology. It's been a year now and is working perfectly.
I also purchased the same model... Bt i am facing cooling issue from the day i have purchased... It takes 4 hrs to form ice pls help

I visited Croma yesterday was impressed with the storage capacity it has. But I am skeptical about the service. I cannot find any reviewes about the service. I am based out of Pune.
Service wise I think it's over call basis.
Since the company is new to india, it lacks exposure and hence the doubt in your mind. But believe me it's almost now 10 months, haven't faced any issue. Yiu can buy it.
How much is thee price now at crime for 472 Ltrs?

i mean nowadays we get really happy if the product works for 3-4 years without any problem.. dats really sad.. My godrej lasted 19 years with problem only once..

I completely agree with you. These days we process gadgets or white goods as a fashion statement and now we have so many options to choose that we get bored with older models.
Hence now everyone is happy if it works for 5 years.
Even my Allwyn refrigerator worked for 18 yrs.
How is the performance now after years of usage. Any issues you faced?
Absolutely zero issues...

Have you ever got any issue till now.. And if yes how was the service experience.... I am mostly concerned about after sales service and I have seen consistent issues in freezer section as mentioned by many customers

@@LivingLifeVlogs How long have you been using it?? Did you faced any problem in it. I've seen many negative ratings about Liebherr's defrosting issues. Ice ki layer jam jati hai. Are you experiencing same issues.
I've bought this same model at ₹48500 yesterday at Chandigarh but, after reading reviews online, I'm thinking to return it or get it replaced with Samsung/LG?? What's your opinion?? Are you facing such issues?
Frankly I didn't experience any frosting issues on my 470 ltrs model.
