@@carbonation10317 yeah as soon as I saw what eakay was doing w the kick i wanted it in game, but it makes sense that it should be a dps character not zen.
but this movement looks like so much fun.
it seems kind of OP. but at the same time, if you're forced to look at a wall or the floor to do it, i think that balances out nicely.
@@carbonation10317 It reminds me of The Blight from DbD who runs into walls to move. I think a character like that would be so fun to maneuver with

Mercy's res just seems to create awkward staggers most the time.

The Lifeweaver changes are great!
The Mercy rez is... not the best.
Rez feels terrible to play against tho, and like griefing oftentimes
I think being able to live if you get a kill in the 10 secs would be cool tho
But personally I think the 10 secs are cool bc if you die you dont get a long respawn bc of the mercy
I wish the Lifeweaver changes were official changes in the game! At least the weapon swap speed... Let's be honest, he needs some buffs that help with damage
Looking at weaver, just imagine life grip but you can only grab them when they are dead and they get rezzed in your location.
Mercy's Rez is already contested enough
When I first played this game mode, I didn’t realize Mercy’s rez brings them back for only 10 seconds, so I was fully reviving people at the end of team fights and not even slightly thinking that was a bad idea.
The 10 second res isn't resurrection, its necromancy, since resurrection is bringing someone back from the dead permanently and necromancy is just puppeteering the corpse for a temporary amount of time. since after 10 seconds the person dies randomly for no reason, that's the equivalent of a necromancer turning off their magic on the corpse. So although its a cool ability, it doesn't fit mercy's character since she lore wise has the ability to bring you back from the dead and she has the quote "Hero's never die", but with this patch its "Hero's never die... for 10 seconds"
It’s great balance wise tho but yeah they’re not implementing this in the game
It could be like "heroes never die >:) because now I puppeteer them" I respect mercy's necromancer goals
Ok but like whats the lore implications of queen giving people extra health by shouting near them, or bastion only being able to go into turret form every 12 seconds. If something feels better for the game (Which a 10 second rez followed by an instant respawn does) then I see no reason this or something similar to it couldnt be added. Being pedantic about the lore or the terminology used to me is less important than game feel and I get the idea that the devs may agree.
i definitely feel the vibe that it doesn't quite fit her character but its suuuuch an interesting balance change and i already despise normal res, so fingers crossed??

I love this creator patch, but my god Eskay you made Lucio into a DPS character lmao.
Honestly I think your Kiriko swift step change combined with removing her ability to TP through walls would be a better design. I like playing against zombie mercy rez a lot more and the mercy players I met liked them too. Brig's Inspire UI element is also very cool! Same with the top ropes Lucio long drop sound barriers. Not sure if the rest of the changes would be great for the client, but boy howdy it is a lot of fun.
Imagine these grav changes with a page taken from Sigma's kit: it destroys projectiles now, but doing so makes the grav have a larger radius based on the number of projectiles it consumes.

I don't like the res change but the ga buff was really nice. Maybe making them res at half hp and then keeping the rest of res normal (maybe a lot cooldown or cast time) would be cool
If only mercy res didnt last 10 seconds, i feel like she doesnt need that. All the other charecter changes seem so strong or fun and Mercy is basically unchanged but rez only lasts a short period now.😢

A cool funny change would be what if for lw platform if an enemy is on it thorns will activate and impale them if they stay on it

I love these modes and the April Fools modes so much. They're just so much goofy fun.

More movement all around would be hilarious; it's always welcome in these game changes
Kiriko feels impossible to kill now and I definitely think Zen shouldn't jump so high on something without a cool down but otherwise the support changes have all felt really solid. Mercy rez being temporary is so much better.

Zen with movement is scary
Zen went from having the least mobility to having the best mobility in the game 😂

Played the gamemode withouy knowing the changes and was surprised how many kills I got on Lucio and how easy it felt. I read Eskay was part of it and immediately understood LMAO
The bring speed buff is sooo good just made her fun

Mercy revive me in a game and I got like a 3-4K with brig in those 10 seconds and it was really close

I genuinely had more fun in this mode than the actual game 99% of the changes were good speically the Sombra change. The only things that aren't good are the ones that completly changed the character (like Zen) or make them too good (like Tracer). They should actually leave it like the rest tho imo.
