Coach. Thank you so much. My son is 8 in junior peewee and will be the kicker. He kicks 20 yards straight on average. He is also one of the two deep returners. Although this is a little more for older players there are some great tips we can use on both sides of the ball.

Coach I just found you and you are a big help. I coach pony football and we only have 14 kids. Any advice for trying to motivate the kids to try harder? They see other teams with 30 kods and get down before the game even starts

I won a 12U super bowl with 13. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. I use ice cream for shutouts. OLM get more helmet stickers than RBs. MVP status for best players in games LM, RB and Special Teams. Focus on Fundamentals and get them prepared to play. 30 Kids is a big team especially if you have MPP rules. You have an advantage if you have a tight 14.
