I used to have a depression when I was 16, still living with my mom. Now I'm 22 and living alone with my 2 year old daughter. I thought after what I've been through with my ex, my depression, anxiety and panic attacks would come back, but they didn't. Just know that this experience that you're going through right now (even though it might be unpleasant) will only make you stronger for the future 🤍

Love your autumn and Halloween playlists, I love listening to them while I'm cleaning, drawing, or on my way to work. The only gripe I personally have is the talking at the end- I get why, but it ends up jarring me from the pleasant space the rest of the music puts my brain in and taking me out of the music that just played. Again, just a personal taste, love your playlists otherwise!
