Last fresh recruitment was done under UPA Govt. This factory is working with 50% sanctioned workforce. Rest 50% plan has been scrapped by this Govt.

Local sources has been developed completely. Import % reduced drastically almost Nil. Wheel set being imported from China and Czeqrepublic due to limited capacity of Indian PU (Rail Wheel Factory). MNCs has set up factories in India to supply other wheel items like bearing, Springs, Dampers, Rubber metal bonded items etc. Therefore, imported containt is less than 1%

There is no young person in team, old CF employees with huge bellies.. how then design latest world class coaches like china... look at their coach production, they are same like 1980's design.. waste of money with latest robotic equipment..
These red coaches (LHB) are different from conventional blue color coaches. These coches are of the era of 1995 based on German Technology with light weight, enhanced Bogie drawing for enhanced speed and more importantly, in case of collision, these coaches don't climb over to each other unlike blue color coaches, all thanks to enhanced coupling Technology. They are planning to expand the factory to manufacture bullet train coaches in future.
1. In comparison to Japan, India's population is manifold and the hence the nature of Indian comman men for whom these coaches are being built for as per requirements of Indian people. 2. Japan like coaches for Metro are being built by Indian PSU BEML and this Modern Coach Factory is under expansion to accommodate facilities for manufacturing Bullet train coaches. Within next few years, your demand shall come true.

Think of aluminium coach's.... That's better for future trains....
In view of large population and large number of trains on indian railway network, I'm case of accident, aluminum coaches shall proved to be disaster.
