Box breathing is a very good technique for downregulating ourselves. More than anything I eat, getting angry spiked my blood sugar. We didn't learn self regulation as kids. Nobody could control themselves so that's what we learned. The absence of any and all self restraint. I had to relearn and I still have issues with rage in my body. It gets stuck in my body. But box breathing has really been helpful to me and it's something I teach my own child. I highly, highly recommend learning that technique. And pay attention to your diet. Blood sugar spikes and crashes only make emotional self regulation more difficult. Get rid of processed foods as much as possible. Avoid unnecessary sugar and prioritize sleep. We have a lot to overcome as a people but we don't have to do this by ourselves. Where we do the very best we can do, at least in my experience, our Father steps in to make my efforts sufficient for whatever the situation is. We don't have to be bound by uncontrolled emotion.

As I listened to your message my anger started to dissipate from me. I was very angry from 1 thing that my wife did and in the midst of that another person angered me. But this person who angered me did so because of my wife's failure to payback loans.

I have a sincere question. How do you know that you are Israelites? Or what tribe? I ask this because God’s Word tells us that they are scattered to all four corners. He knows His and only He will call them back.
The curses mentioned in Deuteronomy 28 lets you know who those scattered people are. Especially verse 68 where Yahuah stated that They would go in to Egypt again by way of ships. In scripture, you'll find out that "Egypt " means bondage, so in other words, the most high was saying that they would go back into bondage by way of ships. So there's on one people who fits that curse, as well as the other curses mentioned in Deuteronomy 28.
I speak from experience when I say, pray for that revelation, I did and it was given to me, and I now know what tribe I'm from. Only the Most High can tell you what that info is since it was lost due to our curses.
If you can't find that in the bible then thats your answer. He literally tells you in the video its not a sin to be angry but it is a sin to sin because of it or otherwise.
