If this baby kitten is totally alone and without guidance it will not survive. It is weak and sickly and needs to be in company with other cats and kittens. Can you not take her/him away from there and place the poor thing with a loving foster mum and siblings in another area? Food sustains the hunger for a period of time but a long term solution to the needs of the little kitten is what is needed.
