This is something we may need to look out for in the next next year on Blitz.
I was positively surprised by Kearsarge, actually, the combo worked in interesting ways. I haven't heard anything about tech tree additions, but that'd be a nice niche to fill

I'm so glad you do these videos and really put time into them. I was debating on getting this ship because I love cruisers, buy after watching your video, this cruiser is just not for me. They have it in the store for gold, and it is just not worth it. Looking at a video you have coming out soon, I play cancer cruisers, like the smolensk..... lol. Great job on the video, very helpful and informative as usual.
i dont get this game. in the first battle you barely hit an izumo with 3-4 shells where mostly were semi pens at a resonable distance, while on the second one 8-9 shells including cits at max range again and again
@@FunandGameswithTerry Once upon a time there were token events where you could use the tokens to get spins on the sonar sweep. I haven't seen that in quite some time.

I did that ages ago. It makes testing ships a lot harder, because I'm instantly drawing fire from everyone, which leads to a result that isn't representative of what a normal player will experience, and skews things towards stealthy ships
I record on my phone, just using the built-in screen recorder. I'll have a video up tomorrow going into details on how I produce a review, that'll have links to all the other software I'm using for editing, audio etc.

I think one of the core issues is that they're adding ships that can make their armour work in PC, but since we're lacking the angle / bounce mechanics here, the ships just don't work the same way.
I like the ship,I wish it was a little more armored.but armor in this game is not realistic,which i get..i just feel some of these ships should be a little more tank worthy or at least have the angling work more in the game,Carnot should be a little smaller,or revamp all the ships to update the graphics and detail of early ships a bit.she is like alaska haha u can see her from the moon.great video terry thank you as always.Also Carnot is Good on Pc.only reason these ships are failing is cause the game mechanics are none existing in blitz for the most part,some ships it works or seems like it does but most it dont,carnot is best used with her speed and angling her during combat on pc that is.thanks terry.Also. the new Russian ship in blitz pass is pretty good,I think its better then what its based on and it was a real ship too,and with the Halloween camo its even better,makes it look mean and also helps it where it lacks.have a great week!
See, here's the funny thing. Carnot actually has better armour than Henri (180mm belt vs Henri's 127), but armour thickness only matters in bands here - either it can prevent a full pen, or it can't. For top tier BB AP, 53mm more armour means nothing.
@@FunandGameswithTerry i agree,but I would like a slight rework to it cause.pc you can angle and there is times dont matter what guns ship has there ways to not be over matched.i think angling would work well in blitz.thanks terry always enjoy talking with you.
Moskva with APCS is pretty good, same with Stalin. Other than those, I'm not a huge fan either, the whole subclass suffers from the different armour mechanics between Blitz and PC
I would never buy any Tier 9 ship unless it's a DD. The tier 9 ships would get into T10 Battles all the time. Things like Tier 10s BBs such as Vermont, Yamato, Großer Kurfürst, and CC and also the Aircraft carriers would make one's life miserable.
T9 matchmaking can be tricky. Completely agree on DDs, but beyond that, it's often grind-over territory, with a few exceptions like Neptune or Seattle.

I really wonder why you're always using Meritorious service on the X commander skill instead of compartment maintenance?
I tend not to perma-flood very often, so the skill would be mostly wasted.

Because I recently reviewed the USS Congress, which was a dreadful supercruiser, and this seemed to be the French "oh, us too" version
