The painting that you showed Portrait of a Lady is by an American artist named Armand Monjain. The title is really Dream of Love. The print is a serigraph and is worth about $125 and up depending on the size.

Hi, the Habitat Store near me in San Diego area does not guarantee or test any ceiling lights - I bought one, electrician went to install and did not work. Thank goodness used my AMEX and AMEX refunded me. We did buy awesome vintage leaded glass French doors and like the stores in general. Just shoppers be aware that not everything is tested and no refunds.

I go to my local restore . One of the biggest problems I have found and that has kept me from buying something is a fact that they don't really want to deliver anymore. Especially if you live on a second floor. I'm willing to give things away and they don't want to come and get that stuff. And it's good stuff.
