Where do you get plans to be able to build an S-3, I'm guessing for an RC version. I flew in the Viking from 79-98 and would like to build a large model. I hobby in both 3D printing and Laser engraving/cutting and want to see what I can do if I get plans.
We could not find plans, so we are scratch building this 1/9th scale version as a group. It would be nice to have the drawings for the full scale airplane, but Lockheed doesn't reply to requests, so we are using a 1/48th scale plastic model to design our RC version. We may end up with a set of plans and, if so, we could probably be convinced to give them away. If you send me a PM, I will share my email address with you. Jim Lake
