If you do another splatter powder coat this method will take longer but look much better
Apply your base color, bake it, then throw your splatter colors at an angle instead of head on it'll reduce the look of the runs.
But overall that was sick i wish i had a plasma table to do things like this

Could you mix the colors in the gun and make it splatter that way. Maybe it would be more tie dye looking. Either way I don't know if it would work. Just an outside suggestion

i used to powder coat and the best thing i ever done was a black motorcycle exhaust with purple webbing.
