I think this is my favorite house! We are using styles like this in my Architecture program I'm in. As a student in that field I will say that the proportions are actually pretty spot on on everything and the aesthetic looks marvelous near the waterfront!😁💛💛

I tried to build on of your best houses (#16) and later on in the video I get confused of the order and number of how many blocks I should place.
