There are many coaches just showing the shot and teaching racket movements. but your videos explaining every aspects of the shot or play, please keep up the good work.
I wish add more videos of physical training, improving endurance, stamina too.. also how to improve power in deep backhand clear
Irshad Ahamed thank you. Have you sen the strength and conditioning video I have in my channel? I will make more in due time, focusing on the endurance etc. Also overall strength is what will improve your backhand power. Shoulder stability etc. It actually has more to do with timing and focusing on those element I talk about in my backhand video. Loose-tight-loose.
Prit Pachu thank you very much. I watch every video of you as soon as it’s posted.

Another well-done video!!! I think your channel is one of the, if not the best badminton instructional video around. Your audio is very pleasant to listen to. The way you put together the audio, video, and all the other visuals make it so easy for your viewers to understand.

Your tutorials and explanations are next level... Thank you for your videos...
Could you please do a video on how to receive a serve... I mean the foot position and how to attack the shuttle even it is just lower than the net height....
Also I wish you could do one more😀 on how to be ready to receive a smash.... At the same time ready for a drop as well.... I usually get stuck between that.... I think most of the beginniers do... So it would be very helpful to hv such a video....
Thanks 😊😊
J P thank you. I’ll try to get around to making the video you’ve requested. But I can do one better than making a video. I have a website in the process and almost finished where we can discuss anything you want, live over what’s app. Even with you on court and me watching you and guiding you. We can have a coach-player interaction where you can ask me anything and I can coach you in line. Even send me a video of yourself and analyse it. This is the route I’m planning to go.

Many thanks for another great video! Would you ever advocate hitting a lift from this stance (rather than just a net kill or the net block) if the opponent has committed their weight forward?
Extremely fantastic explanation!👌👍

Hey Prit great videos just wondering if you could make a video on exercises at home such as forearm training or something that would be great thanks :)
Mightylordx if you have dumbbells at hone just start lifting. Train upper body and lower body holding med. to heavy dumbbells (for legs). Just manipulating weight is great. Farmers of old are super strong just from doing every day chores including lifting and carrying. I’ve lived on a farm for a while and even small boys were incredibly strong just from handling straw bales. Specific forearm lifting is tricky and could very easily cause pain and injury because you’re isolating the wrist and ulna and radius along with bones in the hand are small. The body is better used doing whole body work or at least multi joint. My friend is a builder and his firearms and wrist are of Herculean strength. So just start lifting. Wrist strength is. A bit misunderstood in the world of badminton strength and conditioning and should be trained with caution and care. That’s why in strength testing, the hand grip dynamometer is used to determine overall body strength. I would swing the racket around a lot and work on the endurance aspect which will also increase your strength and is more specific to handling a racket.

Aloha Coach Prit, awesome shot. I like that this shot presents many challenges for my opponents. the net kill and block options make opponent's defense difficult. The tumbling effect and tight net placement are killer too. Most of all I like the level of feel, touch, and body control, all of which come from your inner core resulting in confidence, power, and control. An incredible shot and well worth mastering. Thank you so much. Your backhand net block is a winner. I am so appreciative.
Bryan Chun thank you! You nailed it!
