Sorry sir it cannot be done on trimble c3 total station. For that you need to extract data from dwg file to Excel and than import to TS. I can show you this process if required. But on Trimble M3 and other model TS with Trimble Access, you can directly import dwg file.
For 2, 3 , 4 station: Go to STN (7no) on keypad and go to Known, then just enter the point number of that particular station, it will automatically import that point. Again for backsight, just enter the backsight point number or go through list, it will import it automatically
