Both supply and absorption has come sown significantly. Developers are refraining from constructing affordable homes on the ground that profit margins are low and end user driven buying has gone down due to high prices and high interest rates. Don't trust what he says, China is way ahead in technology, infrastructure etc as compared to so many countries including Bharat. Let's work silently for the development of our country n let our work space about us . Still China is way ahead in a economical fields downgrading of China sound good to us however even now we don't have water supply from corporation where I live ( one of the biggest city n IT hub of India), power cuts., roads are not that good etc, we need to go long way to achieve our goal not bothering about China n other countries.
