Avia I was always told that if the fruit is good enough for the bugs then it’s good enough for us. We have been finding lady bugs in our grapes as well the kids get so excited especially when they make it alive all the way to our home. They like letting them go outside in our plants.

Cool info about Vitamin D, it is the only vitamin produced by your body. Also, the darker you are the harder it is to produce vitamin D when you are out in the sun. Definitely try those supplements boys and girls. 😊
Not me only remembering to take my vitamins when you started talking about vitamins 😂I had bloodwork done recently and my doctor said I was deficient in Vitamin D and Vitamin B12.
