#6 My Square Geometry Notebook 5 Minute Speed Sketch

And on to number 6!
I've followed the following two UA-cam tutorials:

(just the initial steps to get to 4 by 4 squares to make them in to 2 x 2 squares)

I used fine liner pens and then Derwent Inktense Ink Pencils with a light wash of water. The paper has buckled/bubbled a little, but when all dried it did flatten out quite nicely, making the other side useable, so I shall use it and see how I go
I made a lot of mistakes, forgetting that I was going to add water meant that the water based fine liners and black felt tip bled and leaked into the colours, I also realised my tutorial has a lot of lines! I would certainly draw it far more efficiently in 2021 compared to when I first did it in 2017.
I will continue filling the notebook with patterns, trying different materials so you can see how they work! Let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to try!

they are fab! i think they'll get another look in, but i wont use the water based pens first!

Please do not make a speeded up video, it looks like a mockery for drawing. Show everything when you draw, it's very interesting.
