H.E.B. is way better than Trader Joe’s. Even the smaller ones are typically well stocked and clean. They also have a more upscale version of H.E.B. called Central Market, which are in the Dallas, Austin, Houston and San Antonio areas. Central Market has a butcher, fish monger, deli, bakery, etc. while also carrying many of the things you’d find at H.E.B. Unfortunately, H.E.B. Stores are only in Texas and Mexico.
We really want to visit a HEB!!! Such a shame they’re only in those areas but maybe that’s why they’re so great because they haven’t tried to build too many!! Hopefully one day we can visit

I LOVE anything lemon or lime flavored. I’m Mexican and we use lemon and lime in A LOT of our dishes. I love citrus! 😂

Just recently I was in Poundland Edgware & looking at the reduced Christmas goodies was drawn to Reese’s PEANUT BUTTER BAR & at £1.25 I bought about 5 bars 😂

Texas, where HEB is based is known for their Spicy food. I wonder if the lime chips are to help you to recover after eating something really spicy.

Lime crisps are definitely not an American thing. Might be a Texas thing considering the proximity to Mexico. I’m up by Canada though.
I think they’re a Mexican American thing. I’ve seen them in Mexican grocery stores a lot
If you come to the U.S. you should come to Minnesota and I can show you around the Mall of America. I can even get you some free passes to some of the attractions and get a VIP tour. And if you do it near the end of summer you could also check out our state fair and the Renaissance festival. Something to consider 🤔

@ThisWithThem we have one of the largest state fairs in the country. Nearly 2 million visitors in the 12 days it's open

I tried those reese bar as well and did not like as well either. Tou must try the new reese cup with caramel. They are my fav.

I think only original Hershey milk chocolate items (Hershey bar, Hershey bar w/ almonds, Mr. Goodbar, Krackle, Kisses) have the ‘old style’ recipe. Any others have a different recipe chocolate.
