Hey Marlon. Agreed. Love a view all the way back. Like the front room. Office/den. 1/2 bath. Storage under the stairs. Yes. Doggy den 😂. Nice open concept. Yes. Great natural light. Large dining space. Like the countertop. Don’t like the backsplash but it works with the cabinets. Gourmet kitchen 👍🏼. Prefer one large farmers sink. Good size pantry. Bathroom with en-suite. However if that’s someone’s en-suite, don’t want wet folks using it. Should be for the bedroom dwellers only. Spacious covered lanai. The floor is soft and inviting. Nice size loft. Laundry. 2 beds to a bath. And 3rd bedroom bedroom has an en-suite. So that’s great. That’s 4 1/2 bathrooms 🙌🏼🙌🏼. Spacious primary and en-suite. Yes. Minus the tub and get the super shower. Did I miss a linen closet? Great home for those wanting a 2- story. Love that there are 4 1/2 baths. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

Great question!!! I would have to say the Lucerne Model with the Basement is definitely my favorite home. Least favorite I'd have to think some more on that 🤔
