This is great with 4! There is nothing like the feeling when either you or your partner give you the grey cards and you secretly now know tat you are partners. Now let's get our mission done. Awesome!

The different missions of the teams can be very unbalanced. You may get a hard one while the other team gets an easy one. Also i think the movement in this game makes it a bit too random. That's why i like the smaller card game version of this way better. It gets rid of the different missions and you pick your location via tiles (each player has his/her own set). So you don't have to rely on the dice anymore. Instead you have to guess what tile the other player will lay so you can lay the same and meet him/her there.

Figuring out who your partner is and then working together in secret is the part I really like most about the game. Does any one know of any other game that has that same particular aspect of the game? Playing with a partner in secret.

What happens when there are 2 same agents? Like 2 agents X ? We shuffled, and 2 agent X came out for 2 sifferent ppl. I didnt see what happens in book

Ok wait which cards did you shuffle? There's supposed to be exactly one each of the four _grey_ character cards (of which you get one), and similarly one each of the grey body shape and ABCD mission cards. That combination of char-body-mission is your true identity, and you hold on to those and _can_ show them in info exchanges when you want to 100% reveal true info
And then each player has a full set of 4 role/body cards in their colour to use when they get asked for info, and these aren't shuffled to randomize anything, they're yours to hand out intentionally. If you're the blue player you get the full set of 8 blue cards and so on.

Tracking down what cards I've shown to who and asked to who is quite confusing... how do people do that with such a small information sheet? :(

When I send my cards to someone I mark it with X’s, when someone sends me something I mark it with a circle, then if I know if a card is a lie or not I write “lie” or “truth” in the circle. If I don’t know if it’s a lie or the truth I put a “?” In the circle instead.

Nice looking components but what a bad design with that the balls component, and too small paper to write.

I don't get why people like games like this one. The main focus of it seems really linear, in fact it's just a basic deduction algorithm that you pick up almost instantly and from then on it's just a lot of writing information down or memorizing it and hoping you get lucky. Perhaps I'm wrong, but to me it feels like there's really no place for inventing your own strategic/tactical approach to a deduction game of this type.
