I couldn't help but find the cutscene music to be absolutely beautiful. Took it from the game files and extended it for the listening pleasure!
Still can't believe that this majestic track comes from the same game where there's a minigame where you have to re-assemble Olaf from Frozen
It sounds like when you go to the movies, hear the same song before you hear the announcement to turn off or silence your cell phone before the preview and movie starts

I'd like to thank you very very much. This part is so peaceful, yet mysterious at the same time. Yoko Shimomura is a god damned genius.
Edit: I know nobody really cares about my theory, but I think it needs to be said. What if encasing Sora was saving him or protecting him at least. Think of it like this, what if there is a threat that even Sora can't handle? Yozora might have been trying to protect him this whole time. Most of his dialogue kind of seems a little threatening or snarky, but could also be considered reassuring. When Yozora says, "Sorry, but I don't lose" it may seem snarky, but I saw it as reassuring. Perhaps it's him telling Sora that he will not lose and that everything will be ok. It's the only thing that makes sense considering his next line; "I will save you". Yozora fighting Sora could be defended as well since if Sora wins, Yozora thinks he isn't needed yet. This could be him thinking that Sora doesn't need to be protected. After all, he just defeated his protector, clearly, he doesn't need help. It just begs the question; who told Yozora to save Sora? I don't know, I'm probably way off.

almost everything you said, I'm thinking about too but the last part. If Sora does defeat Yazora, I don't think he is gone but will keep on arriving as he is a dream of some sort. Sora is gonna wander and eventually lose his strength to the point Yazora would have to crystalize him in order to protect him from any more harm and potential power loss as Sora already lost his strength and power once (and we seen it happen to Aqua before too as she wander in the dark world for 10 years but she becomes corrupted by the darkness). Not to mention Riku seem to have some knowledge of Shibuya, so he may enter the city somehow to rescue Sora by teaming with Yazora, or fighting him till they work together. as in the mysterious girl, Im guessing its either Kairi or even crazier, Subject X that told Yazora about Sora.
I'm not shitting on your last theory btw, I think your points is hella interesting and I could see that playout too.
@@somecrazydude2267 You're good. The ending of Melody of Memories explains who the girl is and where Sora is. It doesn't say anything about Yozora however. I wouldn't want to spoil anything just in case you haven't played it. It's Yozora with an O by the way, not an A. Not being an ass, I'd want someone to point it out if I made that mistake.

This track has it too. Starting at 9 seconds in, there is a VERY subtle sound playing in the background. It's a whistling type sound. I have been looking for it for years now.
It also appears in The Worlds from Birth By Sleep.
I hear it too. It's like someone is just baaarely whispering. Or maybe...woodwinds? It's giving a very chilling impression. It reminds me of Ori, this kind of tone is very much like a Dream of some kind.

Verum Rex title screen theme?
Right? With how atmospheric it is, it really reminds me of a FF title screen, or like the PS2/3 home and memory card screens. You don't really get these sorts of sounds in Kingdom Hearts tracks either.
