This was really helpful. Thank you. It's also possible to import/export patches via the Synthtribe software, which I didn't realize until this week.

Can we make software patches on Mac and transfer them to Behringer Pro-800?

Yes, but this method is only for transferring patches between the synth and computer. If you're after a patch editor software there are several easy-to-find solutions now, however I don't have experience with those. I usually create patches on the synth itself. ✌

Hi, I transferred a single patch that someone gave me, but I don't know where it was stored on the pro800. Any ideas?

Hi! thank you so much for the tutorial! one question: when you make the midi dump is all the 4 banks or just the one active in that moment?

You're very welcome! The way the Pro-800 works for now, it always dumps the contents of all 4 banks. As far as I know, with the original Prophet 600's "Save To Tape" function you had more options, you could backup only a specific set of presets, or even the sequences to tape. So I'm hoping Behringer will work on this feature, especially saving your sequences with the press of a button would be very useful.
