General von Kluge had no active role in the plot or preparation. The conspirators wanted him to support the resistance to the NS-regime, but he refused to capture or kill Hitler in March 1943 near Smolensk.
It was a very loose plot, this list just means they were in conversations to kill Hitler than culminated on July 20 with some more heavily involved than others.

Fr Alfred Delp was not involved in 20 July plot. He was however in the Kreisau Circle, a resistance group.
