Great video! I recently enjoyed a cappuccino made on the Appartamento by someone who, like you, seemed to be quite knowledgeable and excited about the machine. Based on this experience, I’d say your comments are spot on. My expectations were exceeded on all fronts and really excited to continue bothering this person for more cappuccinos.

Hey Kevin… thanks for the educational video…. Am almost finishing my 4th month of research for a future purchase… I was thinking a year after now when I renovate my kitchen…. But for some reason this search is really taking biggest chunk of my time on UA-cam and can’t even sleep without searching 😆 The more I search the more confused I get…. These are some of the brands available near me and need your advise based on your experience: Rocket (the seller convincing me to go for R91), profitec 700, lelit, sage…. Etc. Pls help me out… which brand should I consider
Lelit MaraX with the PID ( PL62T) or without is a great deal. Probably better value for the money than the Appartamento as you can switch from brew priority to steam priority, takes less space and easier to use. And of course, cheaper !
I agree with you. The dedica is small foot print. Rocket like laptops cars it’s what you like it’s what looks great in your place. Listen. A piano player a good piano player can make the crappiest piano sound like angels. To a point it’s not the machine to a point it’s the creator of the puck. That said yes there are so many differences between both machines and yes the shot will be better. Pid etc. nice machine I have too machines gaggia pro barista touch and yes I can taste the difference in shot. Good luck. Does the sides light up?
@@KevinLee123 You should've get decent shot out of Delonghi with aftermarket portafilter and non pressurized basket, the yield different is brew temp, APP delivers higher temp than your Delonghi.
@@KevinLee123 Replace your pump, Delica is still a nice machine to have, and you might wanna upgrade its steam wand with Rancilio Silvia v1 wand, it's a night day different in terms of milk frothing.
