    I drive driving through 8Th & H St 3:30 to 4:30 in morning i’ve seen Caucasians walking with flip-flops on I said Lucy they all home . I would never thought I would ever see a Caucasian on 8Th & H St that early in the morning

    McKees Rocks,PA in a section called The Bottoms the neighborhood I grew up in has be displayed by blacks. When it was almost all white and relatively safe it was a great place to grow up. But as soon as more black peoplelivimg there became the norm, it’s been in steady decline.
