Cole Burgess so the slide release is when you got a slant vs press and the hesitation hop release is something you could use honestly for any route on the field
Sam Duke inside, you’re pushing off the inside arch of your foot like if you were wearing Nike’s, where the swoosh would be on the inside. That makes your shin angled at almost 45 degrees and you will be more explosive, easy way to think of it is keeping your toes forward
