@@xxgg55 imo i don't think that's what's happening here. he just has a very theatrical style, that's all; he definitely doesn't seem to be forgoing his craft in favor of fame. I'd argue that musically, he's actually evolved from when he released Aromanticism a few years back. the theatricality is just a part of his changing image

I hope this sums him up. But there is something so humane about him. The way he just levitates there without pizazz, just presence, just his soul. He even includes the supports which they could have easily edited out to look "cool" but he wanted to show the humanity of it, the imperfection, the fakeness of it all, all while encompassing us in just raw unfiltered nature.

I have to be honest, I've never seen a live show like this, it left me speechless. Between this crazy musical performance (he managed to hit those notes while pulling a truckload, out of nothing!), and all the poetry and intelligence of the staging, I must admit it brought a tear to my eye.
