I'm using this to record TikToks, but holding it with the iPhone with the short cable is a little wonky, using official apple cables doesn't work, any suggestions if we want to use this handheld?

The next version transistor mics (includes 32bit float) should be backwards compatible with Lark Max.
When I record video on my iphone with the receiver connected and the transmitter on and recording it doesn’t use the larc max. I had video recording and i walked away from my phone to test audio at a distance from my phone video and no audio from the larc max
What exactly does the Phone Speaker function do? I can't seem to find an answer for that.

I got it a week ago, and I will be returning it for one main issue. If I wanted to change input mic levels, I have to click at least 6 clicks. Unlike the dji
hi you don't have to click， you can knob the knob on RX to control the mic level
the knob control the output, but if I need to adjust the mic level I have to click the knob, then swipe to mic settings then click gain settings then choose mic 1 then turn the knob to desire mic level, Any other way to do this faster? @@hollylandtech
hi brother! i own a lark c1 duo for iphone unfortunately my transmitter lost and i cant find it anymore, what should i do? do you sell the transmitter only?
How do I get access to the previous episodes?
I tested the device and find it not bad and bought a new set. However, the new set is faulty and screwed me up on my shoot. Sent it back toretailer and they confirmed that it is faulty after troubleshooting. However, I have heard NOTHING from the retailer for more than 2 weeks. Really bad after-sales service when the company sold to me a faulty item.
I bought this device but my m1 mac doesnt see the transmitter as storage device. How can I get it to show it on macbook?

@@TrungMelo it shows up on my mac now. You have to connect the receiver to mac not the transmitter i.e. the microphones have the storage inside it.

How do you enable locking the transmitter during recording? To stop someone from accidentally pushing/ leaning on the power and record button. This is pretty standard on most professional recording systems but I can't figure it out on the Max.

You can try to buy a one-two adapter, one port for audio and one port for charger
My mac can't seem to recognize the transmitter when it's connected to my computer and I can't access any of my recordings from my transmitter-I don't understand why this is the case as the orange glowling light does come up.

Hi, May I ask if you have enabled Apple system protection? This might be causing the issue of unrecognized devices. You can try disabling it and see if that helps.

I tried but not working...i recieved faulty product from amazon. There is no service centre in india so don't purchase this Chinese products.
