With Data being the true asset of any organization, it's only logical to lay down the policies and architectures to secure it. Also, to gain the most value out of it for insights.

وده شيء منطقي بما إن البيانات أو الداتا هيا أهم اصل في اي مؤسسة. فـلازم يتاخد كل الإحتياطات ووضع كل القوانين اللازمة عشان حماية البينت ديه وكمان استخلاص أكبر قادر من الفايدة فيها.

Hello I am not sure where did you mention the Data Lineage in the sequential order you had presented? where exactly does it fall?
The order you had presented was as follows:
Data Architecture -> Data Modeling -> MetaData Management -> Master and Reference DM -> Data quality DM -> Document and Content Management -> Data Privacy and Security.
