This PF is why I'm gonna pull Jade. Clearing MoC/AS are a breeze compared to my PF struggles, and I definitely see myself dropping a star if they keep increasing the nonsense. I could pull for Robin on a rerun or actually build/pull DoT characters and be fine too, but Jade is hot + has a big hat + if she ever can't clear PF I'll feel safer giving up on the gamemode cause the powercreep is too far gone.

I can only get 8 stars in Pure Fiction and that's it. Can't fully beat the 3rd stage. This mode is giving me far more trouble than MOC (currently 33 stars) or AS (11 stars). I don't have Kafka or Black Swan as i started playing right at the end of Kafka's rerun and i wanted to secure Acheron first. I have Herta built, but her alone isn't enough for me. I wish i had Himeko but i don't. I'm considering trying my luck with Jade but since Black Swan is rumored to be in the next patch i might wait for Jade's rerun. I currently have Acheron + her signature lightcone, Jingliu, Aventurine, Firefly, Ruan Mei, the free Dr. Ratio, E1 Welt, Bronya and an E1 Bailu (wish it was Himeko instead) as my 5* characters.
This PF is definitely not f2p friendly so don't feel bad about it. I would have struggled myself if I didn't have some strong dps(Jingliu, Firefly mainly) and need heavy investment on the team

I had to use Firefly E2 for 40k at the start and also barely scuffed 20k 2nd half (I used FF-Himeko-Gallagher-HMC and Herta-RM-Bronya-tingyun) Just wanted to mention some minor optimizations- you may want to go for ER planar on RM so she can ult every 3 turns and if you save Ult on jingliu for the beginning of her turn, the Hunter of glacial forest set lasts 3 turns instead of 2
They definitely feel good together even tho Blade is lacking the damage compared to newer team comps. Hope he some some sort of buff to make him great again!
I felt the pain of lack of dots. First half i had the follow up team go brrr, but because i remain himekoless, i used clara topaz aventurine robin Second half i threw on serval hypercarry and prayged (featuring sparkle bronya and rm) 40k the first half and barely managed to get to 60k the second half
I tried Serval variant team too for sec half but my Serval is only E5 so she couldn't deal the 2nd half. If i have her E6, maybe just maybe i could do with her.
Because firefly apparently wont come home I have to do pf With Himeko superbreak (e5, with ruan mei and htb) And surprisingly the relics for my firefly works really well with himeko i love himeko Super break i love himeko
Nice run. Btw put Vonwacq in RM and try get still 155 speed or more for improve her and you can use BE rope. (Max her talent skill and ulti to Lv 10 is worth it) Himeko really wanna full set FUA and Sigonia Ornaments, and in that team she can use Attack sphere cuz RM give a lot Fire damage. Firefly look good but the new artefacts still with worse rolls is better in her. The fu Xuan look good , i used Loucha xd And second phase i didn't try with out DotAcheron and look really hard.
I have built the version of RM you suggest but the speed substa is the reason why build her that way so she always helps charge SP. Her talent i will try get it up XD Himeko build is the strongest build i have atm since i didn't farm the FUA relics Firefly's set is still new and i recorded this video a few days after her banner release too so not enough time to farm her relics to make her good yet :)
You know my gacha luck cant save my account since i have the worst relic luck 😭😭. I have almost all broken characters. but what use is it if i cant use them. I cleared the first half with Himeko and argenti and the second one with kafka, Bs and acheron
I feel like if you don’t want to pull for Kafka/BS, at the very least you need to build Guinaifen and Sampo, both make these stages really easy and DoT buffs in pure fiction ain’t going nowhere.
I already tried it. I've build them both with the Dots relics. Guineifan(E0) is great in the first half but Sampo(E6) in the second half can't do anything no matter what team/combo i do lol
I wonder, do you have Guinaifen? I paired Himeko and Gui with RM first half (+ Galla) and I managed to get 38k because of the first buff (When killed, enemy has chance to transfer their debuff to everyone else instead). Also you could improve FuA chaining by counting the breaks needed: Present and those ice minions are placed like that to trigger Himeko FuA back to back...
I do use Himeko+Guinaifen beforehand, they definitely can clear the first half but i got at max 36k since my Guinaifen only E0 with shitty relics XD It's the sec half that is a struggle (Even with Sampo he's not helping me) no matter what combinations i do and rng screw me alot too. Thus, the over 100 attempts lol
Honestly lack of DOT it's pain in the ass for PF, fortunely i have E2 firefly + himeko so i can easily 40k the first half I really need to start building DoT team

Noice! The ER Ornament could be good too i didn't consider using it. I purposely put Ruan Mei between Firefly and Fu Xuan to hopefully get hit lol

My Gui is lv. 70 with barely good stuff in the DoT gears + GNSW for DoT boost damage. She's E1 but SOMEHOW did the job done wwww
