I do the same for my jewelry but instead of a baby's toothbrush I use my Sonicare toothbrush. I'm very gentle with it but it gets all the crud out of the tiny crevices. I finish it off with steam. I have nice jewelry and I keep it looking nice. You do beautiful work, if I thought you could reset my wedding ring in 6 days I'd send it with my son to London at the end of March. He's going to be at Abbey Road recording for 5 days. @@mkg2124 well yeah actually I was watching this video to see how to ultrasonic clean gold/silver/platinum/palladium jewelry. I could honestly care less about a diamond especially when it’s likely more abundant than gold is. People only buy big diamonds to talk about them/make up for the size they don’t have down there 😵 People would get no use out of their $50,000 stone if they didn’t get to talk about it every chance they got.

I use to work at a jewelry store. You can clean diamond earrings like this too. I have some silver earrings with cubic zirconias that I clean with just warm water and dish soap with a toothbrush. If you have a lot of gunk behind the earring you can use something to poke the gunk very carefully. At the store we used toothpicks I don’t know how good that is. Just be gentle when you clean your jewelry and you should be good!
