Why does it sound like the fire rate has been sped up on his r99? Probaly using a roller with configs that’s why.
Trust me if he was cheating, he would have known to also bypass every single check put out on him, which is impossible because software cheats are impossible to hide completely. From a technical standpoint he definitely does not cheat.
