Any law that is not consistent with the Constitution will be and is regarded as null. Even within private law... I differ utterly. After I read your book IL do a review based on my knowledge regarding law.
You also need to keep the interpretation of statues in mind. I personally don't think that's it's vague. Hence the context should be interpreted into right content.

After all the analysis I've read and seen, I think the 'framing of justice as charity' is perhaps the most poignant insight I've yet come across. Think tanks fund themselves off it, the government has prided itself, hosting conventions and conferences on it where "the language of humanity" is endlessly trudged upon (and I've been to my fair share of these as well in my student days).
you honestly have no idea what you're talking about - the constitution is there to uphold the rule of law, rather ironic since OUR RULING PARTY thinks they are ABOVE the rule of law - WE SHOULD BLAME THEM not the Constitution / it's because of bad governance that we are literally the most unequal society in the world | people in power should start to understand that there is a doctrine like separation of powers...
One quick question though are you permitted to write anything that contradicts our Constitution? As you said what you write will not be acceptable if I can put within the legal academic.

Contracts which are contra bono mores are contracts which are against public policy and certainly parties who contract in such contracts would not desire the law to intervene because they acknowledge that the contracts are illegal. I don't know if I differ completely with you because of the knowledge I have regarding the law as well as the Constitution it'self but I guess I am purely fixed.

The constitution is supposed to be a living document. We can make it work for the marginalised. Having a constitution is better than not.
