I STRONGLY believe that government is becoming more open so federal govt should do more in constantly engaging state and local govt on knowing their agenda, so each state must state what it want to acheive at the end of accounting year. also state should encourage local govt to venture in argic farming while state and federal buy the output
But the federal govt can set up ways to buy up product and make farmers engage in full farming north has more land to this farming so it should be seen as one main agenda for the year
Is not everything the government will involve, the state has responsibility like what Lagos state are doing by storing. Other state ca exploring by buying by pass products this will stand as a means of making money for their state
What concerns governors with your food basket, they are there fighting for their pockets and you talking about food baskets here...if you want the governors to do as you said then you have to enact a law that must force them as governors to do it or you leave them and continue talking as usual...mumu people.
You are right but this is democracy and the president cannot push more than what he can but the people of the state have the power to do it and that is why the president is saying it for the people to push their governor to do more

The governor have more to do because the president have provide the money for them to make their state work.

You have a point, majority of those governors are clueless, vissionless and selfish.
