It's obviously work but alot better when you can set your own timeline , own schedule, work with best friends and earn 10x more than a normal day to day job.
The problem with the race to France video I think was that it felt overly managed and I don't think that was the intention but it how it came across. I think the last "race" video Vik did and there was a general feeling that it wasn't structured enough and the race to France felt like it had overcompensated for the last one. I think if they do another one and find a good mix between Vik's video and Simon's video then they'll have hit the sweet spot for that genre of video.
For me, if I enjoy the concept of the video, it'd be fun. But if I didn't enjoy the concept, it would feel like work. But of course, that's just how I am.

quality > quantity , please consider it as rushing and constantly trying to provide wont have the same outcome as taking time with something and crafting it so it has replay value because to be fair a lot of the newer videos i’ve watched once and never again. josh once stated that you all would never run out of ideas since the world is always evolving and that there are always new options , however what you lot have been going for isn’t a reflection of the entertainment you can provide
After watching some BTS on Side+, I kinda get why they prefer MoreSidemen rather than main channel. I felt like they put an 'act' or acting almost everytime they shot main channel videos, they act super enthusiastic whatever that kinda came across as fake
now imagine i told you every week we are gonna travel, have a big event, go out somewhere and play games etc and now imagine i told you to do that for 4 years straight damn right that shit will start to feel like a job
I’m sorry, love Simon, but if he ever feels like doing the sidemen is “work” he’s not smart. He’s never worked a normal job in his life and doesn’t know what true hard work is.
Just cause it’s UA-cam doesn’t mean it’s easy work. It may be more fun than a regular job, but it’s still a job that they have to put time and effort in to make it successful. Especially at the youtube level there’re at.
He didn't say that he isn't happy with the type of work that he got. He's just answering the question and explained how some videos felt different than others.
They've never worked a hard day in their life. EVER. Does it feel like work? Bro, work a real job and then you can answer that. I love your channel but UA-camrs do not work hard. Y'all act like you even edit your videos. Most of the sidemen "take a piss" as y'all say. Half assin the videos whenever they can. Harry is the worst I think, unless it involves drinking. Jj is up there too.

True as hell
and be exposed to sidemen fans calling your vid mid

I wish i had these type of problems at work
He is the most consistent sidemen member this definitely feels like fun for him
THANKS SIDEMEN FOR THE CONTENTS EVERY WEEK❤
I would choose Sidemen work over desk/office work anyday. Both are vastly different.
I miss back then when every video wasnt always highest production and quality and it was just the guys having genuine fun
Moresidemen?
@@ghassandawoud2573 No, Sidemen
@@TsRAbyssers no I meant they do that in moresidemen
They do that more often than not nowadays.

But it is what youtube is I guess. Mr beast (who has the biggest channel on youtube) also makes the same type of videos and it works.
@@SamuelMiloGaming mr beast doesn't have the biggest channel
@@hamzaali7572 yes he does… we are talking views not subscribers.
@@uiofinder oh, but even with views Mr beast has less than pewdiepie and T series
@@hamzaali7572 pewdiepie gets about a few million per video now and t-series is a music channel and those always get absurd views.

Maybe, but at least it’s an entertaining job a lot of times and they earn loads more money than most of us will ever see just within a year or two
Sometime maybe good sometime may be shit
I don't understand why people always disassociate work and fun, can people not have fun while at work?
Obviously fun
I thought Simon only did more sidemen?
They all do videos on Sidemen
