It did on the sides however I had to trim the piece that goes on the tailgate so that it fitted. You can either trim the tub liner or the mounting bracket, I trimmed the mounting bracket ever so slightly
No I didn’t as I didn’t think of it at the time. I have had no issue with noise or anything like that. I had to take one alloy bracket off a little while ago and checked the paint etc and there was no sign of damage etc. I made sure that there were no metal shavings anywhere and I touched up edges of drill holes to prevent rust also
Thanks for reminding me mate, I had forgotten. Might do it soon given it has been nearly 12 months. Heads up, I’m really happy with it, no water gets in, it’s held up pretty well. My only complaint would be the corners on the tailgate end turn up slightly and don’t sit flush, but that’s pretty minor and I’m being picky
No I haven’t as long as you close it property especially the top edge near the window, then I haven’t had water in. I haven’t been down too many dusty tracks as yet, so that will be interesting to see if much dust gets in
I bought my Navara with this thing on. Had no idea how to take it off. Tx alot.
I'm keen to see a follow up on how it's aged. Cheers mate great vid
Do you put a tape under the tonneau rails just to protect the car paint ? Cherrs
Instructions didn’t say anything about that and nothing was supplied. I put a thin foam stop under it to protect the paint
@@OFFTRACK4X4OZ thank you for the tip
Will rain water go in the sport bar area??? dont want my items underneath to get wet.
Hi, no water enters the area at all if closed properly. You need to make sure that it is sealed properly to stop water getting in
Did the tub liner tuck under like you wanted or did you do something to get around that problem

@@OFFTRACK4X4OZ good stuff thank you
Did you put any protective rubber between alloy brackets and tub or?

You didn’t do a review on this one mate. I’m very interested to know how you went this one, especially when it rained!

Great Video Awesome info cheers 🤙
Thanks. I will probably do a 6 month review shortly. No issues whatsoever, it has been better than I expected
Have you had issues getting water or dust in it
