Very good resource. Why connect the 2nd +ve of power supply to panel Com? NC to positive of maglock and - ve of maglock to Gnd power supply? Why not using the lock power of the control panel directly to power supply so maglocks can take power directly too on the control panel? Can you share your contact to ask you questions please?
