Blessing of Inscription - Filler, Some Ult CD reduction, damage, and SP regen if it kills an enemy. Blessing of Ultra - Filler, Ult has more slashes and deals more damage.
Normal Signets - Aponia Core 2, Griseo Core 2, and Pardofelis Core 1. Some other options could be Kalpas, Eden, Vill-V, Sakura, and so on. Herrscher of Origin, similar to HoFi is also very good in ER. It's a little annoying that they did change the stage effects and removed the double Elysia signet, so pretty much back to resetting again for a floor 2 Elysia signet. Anyway, she also has two different builds it seems pretty much like HoFi in which both have a combo build and a Ult build which I'll do eventually. As for playstyle, HoO is a bit more complicated compared to HoFi, also, I'm not exactly sure how much S2 is affecting this as I can't test S0 so if you are S0 just change anything you need to. You can start a floor two different ways pretty much, either evading and going right into her combo stuff, typically used when the enemies take a bit to spawn in like Mechs. Or just using her basic attacks first then going into her combo stuff. After that, just do your glowing weapon active, evade, and attack to fill the bar. If you have Griseo signets, you can Ult before you actually use her bar. If not, then just Ult when you feel it's necessary or want to. After your first combo, you can then weapon active, attack when it glows, evade, attack, evade, attack, combo (Example: 17:46). After your second combo, you can either go back to using her basic attacks and going into her combo stuff (Example: 16:43) or using her weapon active and then going into her combo stuff (Example: 17:56). If you get any parries along the way that's a nice bonus in general and can help the rotation. Anyway, after your first two combos, you pretty much can choose one of the two ways mentioned where you basic attack or weapon active to continue her combo stuff. Do note that a lot of this requires pretty decent timing so if you mess that up it could ruin the rotation a bit so keep that in mind. That should be everything important to know. So, just get the necessary signets, keep rotating with her combo stuff, and it should go very well. Recommend to use elysia buff thing and you will get double ego signet on floor 7 work pretty good for combo build(actually the video use it too) it is kinda force to bring for now
HoO is very nice to play, it feels very satisfying. One thing I did to help me with her rotations is to get 2 sakura singets (usually from the shop) the one with the aditional charge and the one that ultimate evasions resets its CD, this makes it so that you never have to use her basic atk sequence to start her combo rotation or at any moment really. It helped me tons to be able to build Kalpas core and not worry about dieing since her only vulnerable time is during her basic atk sequence pretty much. Bonus to be able to actually spam evasions very easily and apply other singets much more often. My HoO is S0 so it really improved her gameplay for me
I thought it's weird to have the rpc as the boss, but it's actually quicker because the bull has those quirky mechanics that end up eating away more time than it should (despite it being type advantage for HoO💀)

Either one is perfectly fine, just pick the one you like more. Combo is a bit more complex and requires some decent timing but doesn't really have much downtime, while Ult is mostly pretty straightforward but does have downtime.
random question ive got a scuffed lightning dps set consisting of mei t, mei beach m and handel b, since i dont have her weapon yet, i just stole 7t from HoT is there any other weapons or off set stigmata that you'd recommend rather than these for HoO?
So how big of a difference does a lv65 vs lv50 weapon makes, because it takes me way longer to clear just floor 1. My combo would clear like half a bar segment of the mobs' hp lvl 80 4/4 at lv50 lvl15 in ER 6% lighting in Gene
who do you think is the fastest ER clearer I'm looking for like a speedrun tierlist or a list of characters who can either do ER really fast or do it without even trying i know Hohe is probably #1 but who is 2nd 3rd place without counting finality and origin

i just back playing honkai again .. got her for free then pull her weapon and stigma (got T and M then choose B from box) with only 4000 gems back than i just can beat 1.5 but now i can do corruption .. never play finality but gonna try it
@@philipbilson Well, it depends on the ELF. Back then ELFs were considered a luxury but these days the ELFs are pretty much required if you want top scores. The most notable ones are ELF Elysia, Kiana ELF, Dudu ELF, and I guess Klein and Sirin sometimes. Do note though that some ELFs are only really considered good at higher ranks so for example Klein only gets the QTE at 3 stars and so on. Overall, if you're casual then you can probably get away without needing an ELF, but yeah they are required if you are competitive.
@@philipbilson If you have a signet list that would be helpful. Also, what is your attack, and are you rotating mostly correctly? Best ER emblem equipped, level 15 ER, divine keys, and so on.
Handel will work best on ult build (ultra + inscription) since the dmg bonus from 3pc only activates when you use your ultimate, on combo atk spam it’s not that great to begin with since you DO need to use ultimate and although it’s a time stop it wastes your irl time because of the low damage
Honkai Impact devs are so scummy, cant believe they will raise ER difficulty by so much that last patch you were clearing ER in finality comfortably and now cant even get past 12th floor.
So I just noticed today that the 10 buff for “ignited/frozen” enemies was actually meant to say “ignited/paralyzed”, probably a typo on hoyoverse’s side but they did updated it

I malded so much on my first run using an ult build but after trying sakura 1, the combo build was so much smoother and the dmg just went crazy.
you need handel or bernares for ult build her stigma set does nothing for her ult which sucks

I would say it's a decently big difference. Also, this ER is kind of meh for her right now. It's mostly just Ice and physical dominating currently.

I cleared Abstinence with ult build 4/4 HoO, I was only able to do Shroud difficulty before HoO too btw

Cause of the 30% Damage reduction, its disabled in herrscher form so all other characters suffer -30% damage
