Fred & Cindy, Sorry to hear of your lock out! I locked my house keys inside the car 2 months ago, so fustrating! But one of my neighbors had my spare set, what a blessing! But you got on your way to the BBQ, right after the service call, I hope.
One week I locked myself out 3 times Twice someone was there once I had to call the landlord. Normally when I travel the hotel desk keeps the key when I leave. I almost always have problems with knees working or the little fiddling they forget to tell me. In one hotel in Puebla although I had the key I managed to lock myself in the room. I had to call the front desk to get in. Aparently I managed to stick the lock.
