Walter was born in Oatman Arizona on July 5, 2019 and rejected by his barely 1 year old Mom, so Brad & Kelly were allowed to adopt Walter from the BLM. Walter was raised inside their home with 3 German shepherds. He’s the most precious spoiled baby donkey ever. Walter knows how to open doors, get into his treats etc. He’s the most precious donkey ever. Go watch some or all of their UA-cam videos. Great couple and a very famous Walter. Oatman, Arizona was an old mining town back in the day on Route 66. I lived about 14 miles from there in Mohave Valley, Arizona until I moved to Arkansas 5 years ago, although I get to watch Walter on his daily runs in the desert by their house with Brad, Kelly and the German shepherds.
