Dyrus does smartcast. Most of the time, pro players have smart cast and normal cast binded to different keys. Like the normal Q,W,E,R and then smartcasted spells to A, S, D, F by example. So they can smart cast most of the time or if they actually want to be precise on a skillshot, they can also check the range on it.
Ofc he doesn't R at all, because he expects him to shift away. I can't say anything about the quality of the Korean ladder. Never played there. I don't think it's such a big difference though. I'm on EUW btw.

I think with a little experience that most people can do this in soloq, atleast I can do it sometimes. It's not as hard as it looks. (Smartcasting your abilities and items makes it doable
It's cool, because he closed the gap with Q, put the ward behind him and Safeguarded to it, but Ezreal Arcane Shifted away, and since his reaction time is amazing, he used Flash to get behind him and still get the kick off. Most of the players would have kicked Ezreal away, since he was on the wrong side of him after the wardjump, but he reacted fast enough, and still did the right thing. I think it IS pretty amazing.
