Variable mortgage holders continue to await rate cuts

The Bank of Canada has decided to stand pat on a rate hike to start off 2024 and while some experts believe rates may start to come down this year, the central bank isn't ruling out more increases if inflation stays high.

They should have never been granted amortization extensions with so much of us locked out of the market....they have alo5 of equity that they never in a million years should have had....if they sell they are walking away richer than before

Doesn't matter when but if there is a riport with a real estate broker or advisor, the answer is always buy NOW 🤔 Totally make sense because if I were a real estate againt I wouldn't want to lose business either. So these riports are almost totally useless if we want to know we should buy or not.
