The orderliness and cleanliness of the Cebu marketplace are hard to beat, and the available items to purchase are on par with Seattle Pike Place Market.
Anyone who's not a local (like myself) would be overwhelmed by the amount of motorcycles all crammed against each other as they are one would think they're about to be entertained by a local motocross...which wouldn't be a bad idea!
