I seriously love your editing man, you remind me of a minecraft version of welyn. you may've only been doing this for a little while but since the first video i watched, i knew this was the channel for me. If you continue youtube you could grow a really big following. Youre really wholesome, have a LOT of free time on your hands (apparently) and your editing is amazing. Keep it up.
As a builder, i do recommend planting some glow berries around to make it look more like a lush cave, you can also make a few little ponds if you like.
And another thing that would make it look really cool would be some spikes made out of amethyst. ^^

Hi rek! Not sure if this is real, just wanted to tell you that glow berries would look nice on your cieling as well as its light emitting. You could also add a few stone slabs and stairs to add mo depth on the walls!

If you want to cover the launch thingy, then you probably should cover it up with deepslate or make something like a pillar. You also could replicate it in each corner, so you have the feeling of the pillars holding the ceiling up
The glow lichen looks so good! So glad that you posted today, i think you should make a creeper shrine with moss blocks and stuff to symbolize the pain they brought

To disguise the end portal corner jutting out maybe make crystals out of amethyst purple wool and purple glass? Could help make the side of the cave more interesting! Also maybe adding trees or tiny puddles would help the ground seem more natural, as well as some kind of axolotl sanctuary?

Rekrap, I have a suggestion to make it easy for you to collect copper as you love it so much:make a drowned farm as they now drop copper instead of gold or iron you can see raysworks tutorial or figure it out yourself:)

You should try to integrate the end portal into your base somehow, as long as the other echos are OK with that

I would suggest lighting with soul lanterns or soul torches, you can also un oxidize the copper, and it might work well with dark prismarine, cyan concrete

Maybe for the end drop shoot you could make it into a face or a shrine of somesorts to give the building some lore like it could be and ancient civilization that was forced underground by like the ender dragon or something. Also if you do the faces they should. Probably be put on each corner of the cave (and btw I think pillars that keep up the ceiling would look great)

I would suggest a beacon idea
Make a cube standing on its corner with a beam getting in from below and coming out from top in multiple colors depending on the effect applied using beacon. Like a light yellow colour for haste 2 and White for attack and jump boost etc

Opt. 1 make it look like that part of the cave collapsed
Opt. 2 expand from it and make the walls of the caves asymmetrical (it would look more natural)
Opt. 3 make it into a small exploration camp/base (abandoned or newly built) as if people found your pyramid (can be used as an extension of your own)
Opt. 4 make it into an extra entrance to the end portal in a temple-like appearance

i think one thing that would look so cool in this build would be a sort of viewing center were you dig out a large area on the side and add glass and a small lava moat at the bottom to add lighting
For the flat wall that is next to the drop to the stronghold u should make a house or a hut to cover a little bit or blend it in.

I think you replaced the stone to glass so you can see the end drop or see the cave from the drop
And I think you should terraform with cobblestone and a lot of other cool stuff.
you might wanna add some glow berries along with the lichen. it gives off more light than lichen and it also looks pretty!
Fix the end peepee hole thing by planting some trees
Or even make custom trees on that part, you can aswell add vines etc. Add some texture.

one lighting method that never fails to confuse people is having lanterns hanging on a gravity block. I personally use sand because it looks nice. Yes, this is possible in vanilla survival minecraft on both versions.
To make it look ancient tips:
Tip.1:make natural spawned water pools and vines on the ceilings and choose your favourite minecraft mob and make it look to deserve that mob as a king
