The audio does not does this production justice. I hate to be a downer but its clipping (especially on the claps), you can literally almost listen in on conversations people are having in the first minute... I am not sure why people are talking during a performance... But that's not the point- either do a direct feed from the mixer or set up a stereo mic high and far back. Clipping is a pain- but modern recorders should not have an issue. at 2:42 those harmonies are the weak link. And by harmonies I mean all harmonies with no melody that is obvious. Arrangement wise I am not sure what goes on at 3:14- it sounds like (part of) the altos are singing the harmony without the main part on top- then the man trade back and it is 'aight... but its odd... But this is a great performance! Love the energy and the use of your musical strengths to make it right!
