I need to stop watching these so I can stop crying and give my eyes a break but I can’t. I love this. I love the care and gratefulness and George being the best human and all is amazing people who who this.
I watch the Property Brothers shows because I know they're good, clean entertainment. I watch George's videos, though, because he does every single renovation from his heart, and he's simply unbeatable for caring and compassion, as well as doing quality work in the client's homes, letting them continue to live where they're most comfortable.
George is so relatable. He is sincerely in it to help families in need. When he says he's in it for the hugs he truly means it. All the volunteers and donations are incredible as well. Such a feel good show. Another "share" on my Facebook page. So many have said they subscribed because it uplifts them!
The hospital bills that insurance didn’t cover have to be enormous! She could have paid for the remodel out of pocket! I despise insurance companies! She is truly Blessed!!
A very young man with colon cancer makes me think of a genetic predisposition towards the disease , a predisposition that might have been passed to one or both of his chidren . I hope that the children will be genetically tested and they will have genetic counsel
Wow u got george&friends! I got cindy my grounds keeper, dog whisperer, plumber& so much more this friend of mine! She came with a guard dog! She not fast and expensive but steady all this at almost 50! Iam almost 60 and lost my husband Aug 23rd of last year!
It is great show. But the most I like is that Georg brings healing to broken hearts and lives. Help like that, have no price. Big thank You, not only Georg but all people involved in show. Wish You much more shows and success.
I'm a 40 year old man in Europe and usually don't watch much TV (i don't even own one.. on purpose) and when i came across the (my) first GTTR clip on YT in my recommended list a few days ago, i thought "ah, not again one of those renovation/home improvement shows.. why does it even show up in my recommended list?".. a few days later when one popped up again, and i didn't have anything better to do, i decided to have a look at one episode. I have to admit, i was completely wrong about this show, and within the past week must have seen at least 15 episodes. Whenever i could squeeze one (or two) in, i did. Each and every individual episode is focused on improving the lives of people that really need and/or deserve it. That majority of this is done by people that don't benefit financially, is even more amazing. Hats off to George and his team, you're doing something really great! All the best from across the pond, and keep up the amazing work!
I'm in a similar situation though much younger. 24 year old woman from Europe (that's kinda the only difference). I love interior design and what people can do with spaces so it's not completely out of my interest zone but usually these shows make me a bit uneasy. There's something too sugary sweet about it. But this show feels grounded. The contractors and designers are doing pro bono work but they are also given a chance to self advertise and nobody who helps out is left out of the "showcase". It feels fair and therefore it feels real. I like that about his show. The sponsors and the people advertised are openly advertised and the producers aren't trying to hide it. Plus I like that George works and helps out but never pretends to be more than he is. Sometimes the "showmakers"/organizers pretend to be the mind behind everything from design to architecture which I dislike. George doesn't do that and that makes me feel comfortable watching the show. My bullshit radar is silent which is so rare in modern tv. It's a nice change.
@@cassandramuller7337 Looking at your last name, odds are that we speak the same native language :) anyway, i fully agree with your statement. The advertisement for the contractors or companies makes sense due to the pro-bono nature of their involvement and they're very straight forward with it, yet not aggressive or overwhelming. There doesn't seem to be a hidden agenda, but everything is open and direct. It's not artificial, which is what i despise in so many TV shows nowadays. Your sentence with the bullshit radar I couldn't have said any better myself, i fully concur!
George is an amazing Man. it is evident that he does this because he genuinely cares not because its his job or he gets paid for it. I am glad to see that in just a few days he has approximately 200 more subscribers. He deserves more publicity and recognition for what he does. Great work George really love your Rescues.
Then, my recommendation is to share the episodes with all your family and friends and ask them to do the same thing!!! This will get George more subscribers and that’s what this channel needs!!!! Also more LIKES (thumbs up)👍 Comments to each episode Because that’s how UA-cam pays George To The Rescue 💜💜
I can see that attic is begging to be a Queen's loft or tower for Nicole. I can see that Nicole may not think that she need's or deserve's a Queen's loft but I can tell after 3:30 minute's into this clip that attic is her special place.
Am in Scotland UK, I started watching this a few weeks ago for First time, not really realising what it was about exactly, well now am hooked. Ave caught up with every episode now. What he does really comes from the heart love from Val in Glasgow Scotland xx
Beautiful. It is the first time I have seen George kiss ( on the cheek) the recipient of his rescue. I can tell this really touched his heart. Keep paying it forward George.
I just recently found this program and I can't stop crying. Thank you George and all who volunteer their precious time. May the Lord Jesus bless you mightily....❤️

Not a lot of these make me cry but this one did, this reminded me so much of my own family especially because my father/moms husband who passed a few years ago was named Jim as well. This one definitely tugged on my heart strings a bit. Awesome job George & company, y’all rocked every part of this rescue especially the attic!
George does amazing things for so many people. One thing I notice in many of his rescues is where he puts TV's. It's almost like he's a TV star that never watches TV. How is she supposed to lay in bed to watch her favorite George to the rescue episodes when she can't really see the TV from the bed. And there is no where to sit in front of it.
I agree about the colours in the kids room, especially that dramatic pink. Easily changed though. Her new space is definitely serene and lovely; a very feminine space for her.
Yea the boys room Colour were totally off ; the blue and shit brown not a good combo !!! Does the family get to keep all the new furniture or is it just for staging ????
@@ragemodels They keep the furniture, but I wonder why they don't hire "designers" with some common sense. An another episode they hired a designer barely out of diapers and she gave a family full of boys, boys and more boys, all white living spaces. Idiotic lack of sense.

Noticed at the end, contractor Rob Shapiro seems a bit emotional and was probably touched by her plight. A gentle giant.
