Wow this guy has been through hell and back and still has faith, that's incredible! Prayers for Tommy so he can get his life back and getting to know his son. He's seems like the most real person I've ever heard. It's so horrible what happened to him being taken against his will and he not even know it. Their are monsters out there in this world. This guy life is a could be a movie. Dudes tougher than nails for even being with us still.
I'm sure a lot more than allowing homeless visitors to shower & relax was happening in the Section 8 apartment & he knew the rules, so this is an indication of just how willing he is to do what's needed to help himself. Tommy may not be hopeless, but the question is whether he will even have a sintila of ambition to level up in any way. Not even a newly-born child has done that.
Too bad you didn't ask more about when he said God let him talk to his family after they died.

Thanks man. It’s so interesting to me that people (with an opiate past) still smoke blues even though it’s ‘apparently’ different. I know it affects everyone differently, but from what I’ve heard from the people I interview, it sounds nothing like Black. It’s so intriguing to me, I don’t know why but I’ve been learning a lot. Didn't you hear him people!!! He sad he was in a veterans shelter until they got him Hud housing and in Hud housing you cant have people coming and going doing drugs or have loud parties or you get booted. but he decided to break the rules and become homeless so no I don't feel sorry for him at all. He needs to get up off his arse and stop the pitty party. Cause he's in an alley way all alone. Where are his so called hud house buddies now? The Vets didn't let him down he did. No he needs to go to the VA Hospital a get on a detox program and they do have them (in house) and get back on his feet. But he never will because he says it feels weird going to the bathroom indoors. Good Luck
