This is very accurate. I'm an INFP too. I just retook the MB test yesterday after 2 years and both times I've gotten INFP so I think it's pretty accurate :) I have the "imagine I'm famous and everybody loves me" thing goin on as well but then I stress myself out thinking I'm bad at everything and end up just watching youtube lol

I honest feel like most INFPs end up describing themselves like this:
INFP, in their head: I have so many passions, so many interests, my mind is an enigma. there is literally so much going on and all i want to do is to live a fulfilled life filled with my greatest fantasies, ambitious and dreams. my dreams are elaborate and they are comparable to the beauty of the night sky and the silence of the trees at dusk. and i want to live every single one of them.

Lol truu. I want to draw cool and beautiful stuff, write amazing poems, get my character's lvl up in a game I started playing recently and I also need to clean my house.

As an INFP I feel like we’re only ourselves in our heads… it sounds stupid but I don’t feel like we ever fully trust people around us so we never ever tell our real emotions, dreams, passions. Recently whenever I tried to explain what I really think people have shut me down because it’s either too dark or they are like yeah no way that’s happening. I literally had one of my friends go ‘I wanna fall in love’ and I said ‘oh my god you are turning into me’ and she replied ‘yeah but I’m actually going to have a relationship because I’m realistic’ like what? Yes we like daydreaming and yes we may exaggerate things in our minds but hasn’t one stopped to think that the reason we do that is because we are aware of how horrible our lives are and want something better? It’s a coping mechanism and people have to start understanding that instead of making fun of us. Not to say Frank’s INFP stuff are always very accurate.

Same dude like I think of myself as INFP and this right here is literally what I do all day long is daydream about being in relationship or being understood or loved by someone.
Well tbh most people who are VERY compatible with INFP are rare. I have a friend that understands me 100% but I only have one of them. And I realise almost every INFP that has a perfect relationship either platonic and romantic(including me) has a perfect relationship with INTJ the most. I assume since they are those type of people that doesn't let stereotype control them. They want to be in control of their own Judgement so their unbias. That's helpful cause it makes INTJ more likely to deep dive into the INFP real self instead of how other people sees them. Thats just my theory but INTJ is really good :)

1:33 As an INTJ myself I have to say that's a common misconception about hypnosis. There IS no such thing an "involuntary hypnosis". Hypnosis specifically requires that the person being hypnotized is consenting to the process, otherwise it won't even work at all. So yes, the media and movies have lied to you. Shocker.

as an ISFJ i definitely can’t think of a time when someone has asked me to describe myself except maybe in a job interview. but now i’m thinking of potential answers so i’m prepared for the future where i will continue to not have to answer that question. 😂
the best i’ve got is describing my VERY extreme reaction to a fictional character suffering and my immediate need to dote on him like i was his mother. (it definitely didn’t help that the character’s mother was terrible and if i’m remembering correctly she’d left him to fend for himself at this point.)

I am an Infj and that was partially accurate lol. I know who I am and I pride myself on knowing who I am, what I like, and what my goals are. But when I am around other people I can come off differently depending on who I am with. For example: I'm pretty shy and quiet around people I don't know well, but when I am with close friends or family I can be pretty talkative and cheerful. So I know who I am but I think how other see me depends on the person lol.

This INFJ has been on a meditation pathway and so when people ask how I've been I go into this space where so much information flashes before my eyes, and I freeze verbally. I'm like "Um..." while effing smoke comes out my ears and my brain tries to find something relatable to talk about.
Point being I'm growing to hate others asking me how I'm doing, so I never ask them. But I'm fine. Macaroni and cheese will make me fine. We're all fine. Right?

I can’t believe schools do that. As an INFJ, I would fail the assignment as well.
I tend to never turn those in, and then 6 months later when they ask me what happened to it I play dumb so I can absolutely make sure to avoid talking about myself at all costs

I just scrolled down to the comments to see if anyone had googled them for me D; I guess I have to do it now, but I'll probably get distracted halfway through it and accidentally delete my message like last time I tried to comment on something because I went on a tangent about mice and wanted to edit it, and posted twice, and deleted one, but it deleted both. I feel sorry for the person who got the notification of my comment. Probably thought "this person is so spasmodic"... My INFJ boyfriend certainly thinks so. This morning I was asking him about what cuddles in bed would be like if you had one arm amputated and which side of the bed would you subsequently choose and he was like "Nicole, it's 6am". Which I found frustrating, but had nothing to back me up so went and rearranged my plants and got my birds out :/

Thanks to your videos I’m understanding myself more and more. I remember once at a friends party one guy was difficult to deal with and had as asshole persona but wasn’t an asshole per se, to deal with him I adapted an asshole persona too. It was hard to keep up and I didn’t like doing it and I didn’t like being around him but it was my way of being able to stand (and withstand) him. Then there were times people would be shocked at how different I was around different people or places. One classmate said I was gloomy in school but a totally different person outside.
