Not positive I can give you a great answer but I'll try my best. They recently merged the servers of NA/EU to Asia. I only play with about a dozen or so people who speak English and I'm not certain on how many of the Asian population are fluent. The Discord (link in description) has around 1,000 users. That being said, I would treat Kritika primarily as solo experience with the option for parties.
