How to retune your Freeview tv to get your Channel 5 back
(1) Pick up your tv remote control
(2) Press menu on your tv controls
(3) Stroll down to installation
(4) Press ok to Auto tune and wait for it to fully retune
(5) After it fully retune, press 5 to watch Channel 5
